About this tool
What Is the Website Screenshot Tool? The Website Screenshot tool renders any public web page in a secure server-side browser and returns it as a PNG image. It is useful for capturing a visual reference of a page, checking how a layout renders at a specific viewport, or preparing a preview image for documentation and reports. How It Works You submit a website address and a viewport size. The server validates the address, rejects private and internal network targets, and pins the hostname to the validated public IP address so the renderer cannot be redirected to an internal host. A headless browser then loads the page with the requested window size and writes the image to a temporary file. The file is read back, returned to you, and deleted in a guaranteed cleanup step whether the capture succeeded or failed. How to Use Paste the full address of the page, starting with https:// . Choose a viewport preset, or type a custom width and height. Turn on Capture full page if you want the entire scrollable document. Press the camera button and wait for the render to finish. Download the resulting PNG. Supported Viewports Presets are provided for desktop (1440x900), laptop (1280x800), tablet (768x1024) and phone (390x844). Custom widths from 320 to 2560 pixels and heights from 240 to 2560 pixels are accepted, and out-of-range values are clamped rather than rejected. Limits and Safety Only
